Gas to Gas Transformation
At Fuel Forge, we have developed fundamentally new ways to perform molecular engineering. These include methods of merging gaseous hydrocarbons to liquid hydrocarbons (gas to liquid), enrichment of existing liquid hydrocarbons and transformation of hydrocarbons to other forms. Gas to liquids reduces transportation challenges and the need for flaring while providing a means to utilize gaseous hydrocarbon production without massive infrastructure spending.
FuelForge technology enables fundamentally different paradigms of energy development and utilization. Just converting one third of the natural gas flared every year, worldwide, would replace over 6 million barrels per day of oil production while curtailing carbon emissions.
145 billion cubic meters of natural gas are flared every year principally because of the low energy density of, low value density of and high infrastructure costs of natural gas. FuelForge technology gives oil and natural gas well owners a new tool to reduce carbon emissions from flaring while improving ROI per well.
Our proprietary technology enables direct energy application to perform a number of molecular engineering tasks ranging from merging gaseous hydrocarbons into liquid hydrocarbons, to enriching existing target liquid hydrocarbons to reforming gaseous hydrocarbons into more useful forms.
FuelForge technology enables capital and energy efficient conversion of gaseous hydrocarbons to liquid hydrocarbons by merging gases to liquids. The net effect is to increase dollars per mmbtu and revenue per well.
FuelForge Gas to Liquids (G2L) technology reduces transportation and infrastructure costs associated with maximizing return from drilled wells.
Gas to Liquids is not the only way by which FuelForge adds value. FuelForge G2L technology also enhances the energy content of existing liquids as well as other factors like viscosity. FuelForge technology can also execute other methods of Energy Transformation such as methane to acetylene/ethylene.
